These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the access to and use of the yo999 online gaming platform, accessible at yo999.net (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by yo999 (hereinafter referred to as "yo999", "we", "us", or "the Company").

These Terms apply in full to all users of the yo999 Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person interacting with the Platform in any capacity. By continuing past this point, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

The yo999 Platform operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. All games are independently audited for fairness and RNG compliance by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

Access to and use of the yo999 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are only permitted to register and use yo999 if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.

To access real-money games and betting markets on yo999, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern the account registration process and ongoing account management:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the yo999 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your yo999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes. yo999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to yo999 Support at [email protected] immediately.

yo999 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your yo999 account or any associated credits, bonuses, or winnings.

yo999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations under its gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Real-money deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals are not available until KYC verification is successfully completed.

As part of the KYC process, yo999 may request the following documents:

• Identity Document: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).

yo999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction. Providing forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

yo999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions on yo999 are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by yo999 on any transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your yo999 balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfers via Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within a few minutes, subject to banking system processing times.
• yo999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• yo999 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the user.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Average withdrawal processing time to JazzCash or EasyPaisa is 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on banking system conditions.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• yo999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may result in processing delays while verification is completed.
• yo999 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply standard transfer fees.

yo999 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds, after wagering requirements are met, are withdrawable.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless yo999 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• yo999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be shared, transferred, or pooled with other accounts.
• yo999 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or where a promotion has been claimed using multiple accounts.

All games and betting markets available on the yo999 Platform are subject to specific game rules and betting regulations that govern valid wagers, settlement procedures, and outcomes. The following general rules apply across all yo999 game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, reversed, or modified after confirmation unless yo999 determines that a technical error affected the outcome.
• yo999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or system malfunction.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary by game, market, and account tier.
• Winnings are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon game or bet settlement.

• Cricket betting markets including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs are subject to yo999's sports betting rules, which are published separately in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at yo999's discretion — for example, during rain delays, powerplay reviews, or DRS checks.
• yo999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single sports bet or accumulator, regardless of the calculated potential return.
• In the event of a match abandonment, yo999's official settlement rules will determine whether bets are settled or voided. Specific rules per sport are available on the Platform.

• All RNG-based casino games on yo999 are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and RTP accuracy.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and are final.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the game round will be settled according to the outcome as recorded on yo999's server logs, which are the authoritative record of all game activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yo999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct in connection with your yo999 account or any game, bet, or transaction.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one yo999 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic play designed to guarantee profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or any other conduct that yo999 reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the promotional system.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, automated software, AI-assisted decision tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Money Laundering: Using the yo999 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or the movement of proceeds of crime.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerability of the Platform for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback in relation to a genuine yo999 transaction.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at yo999 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel on the Platform.

yo999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani users. Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only. yo999 strongly encourages all users to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all yo999 account holders and can be activated at any time from the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the total time elapsed and net financial position during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the yo999 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, requires no support ticket, and blocks all marketing communications from yo999 during the exclusion period.

yo999 reserves the right to proactively contact players and apply account restrictions where internal monitoring systems detect patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behaviour.

All content on the yo999 Platform — including but not limited to the yo999 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of yo999 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yo999 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any yo999 content without express written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any yo999 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the yo999 Platform software.
• Use yo999's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yo999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the yo999 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred during the course of play on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server outages, connectivity interruptions, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data, including but not limited to game history, account information, or communication records.

Where yo999's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of yo999 to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yo999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where yo999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to yo999.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where the operation of your account would violate applicable law.

Upon voluntary account closure by the user, or upon termination by yo999 where no breach has been established, any verified remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after all outstanding verifications are cleared.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, yo999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, recovery of damages or losses incurred by yo999 as a result of the breach.

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, bet settlement, transaction, bonus, or any other matter related to your yo999 account, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: In the first instance, contact the yo999 Support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. Include your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references.
• Step 2 – Investigation: yo999 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and will conduct a thorough internal investigation, including review of server logs, game records, and transaction data. The target resolution time is five (5) business days for standard disputes.
• Step 3 – Formal Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of yo999's internal investigation, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority under yo999's gaming licence. yo999's server logs constitute the authoritative and conclusive record of all game and betting activity on the Platform. In any dispute where server log data is available, it shall be the primary evidence used to determine the outcome.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yo999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent yo999 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect yo 999's legal rights or interests.

yo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — yo999 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via an on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required by regulatory changes, may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without prior notice.

Your continued use of the yo999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting yo999 Support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
